Retreats & Workshops

Renew & Reset

If you are looking for a regenerating week of self care and self discovery, this retreat is for you.

It is designed for all those who have a call to re-connect to themselves while exploring the immense capabilities of their physical and mental vessels.

Through the building of a safe group dynamic thanks to disciplines that involve dance, yoga, movement exploration, breath work, qi gong, and games stemming from clowning, theatre and impro training, the participants will slowly open up to one another, which means they are just opening up to themselves, once again.

There will be moments of chanting, times of creating stories together, confrontations with the life’s shadows as well as the embracing of the inner child.

The activities will prepare the participants to receive the Medicine of the Frog which will help unload, cleanse and release all what has come up during the preparation.

This retreat is a journey to vulnerability, to a deep mental and physical detox.

Many different healing techniques will be learnt that can then be integrated in the daily life, to always come back to the simple joy of being.

It is an inner and outer revolution that will guide the participants back home to themselves.

Because of the Kambo preparatory diet, the participants will also dive into a specific, healthy and delicious diet rich in all the nutrients the body needs.

The Art of Touch

This is a workshop that involves a combination of different disciplines such as clowning, theatre, improvisation, dance, movement exploration, Breathwork, Tantra and Yoga.

Its goal is to meet our most authentic and playful selves through the means of games, laughter, improvisation, some more challenging exercises, dynamic group work, massage and much more, in order to shed one protection after the other until only the deepest and most original seed is left for us to observe and embrace.

By bonding with other humans while in a safe container, we are able to mirror ourselves in the other and thus find those same struggles, desires and longings, to understand that separation is just a mental projection, that it does not exist, really, because we are all humans, with the same wish to just be happy.

It is a process that allows us to connect with our inner fears, to our creativity, the inner child, a way to show and embrace vulnerability, find irony in the pain of existence, touch and care that help us forgive ourselves and the other.
